Returns & refunds

You can return products within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
How it works
- Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
- Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason — we'll send return instructions.
- Once we receive and check the item, your refund is issued to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us within 30 days with a photo — we'll replace it or refund you in full, including shipping.
Shipping costs
Return shipping for a change of mind is covered by the customer. For damaged, faulty or incorrect items, we cover it.
