Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us within 30 days with a photo — we'll replace it or refund you in full, including shipping.

Shipping costs

Return shipping for a change of mind is covered by the customer. For damaged, faulty or incorrect items, we cover it.
